About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative / Driver to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position responsible for ensuring stock is handled safely and efficiently, customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, and company standards for safety, quality and service are maintained. This role combines warehouse operations with driving duties, providing a varied and active working environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day warehouse activities and ensuring excellent service delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack and load stock and customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Support stock control, inventory management and stock-taking activities.
- Prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring correct labelling and documentation.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment and machinery, including pallet trucks, forklifts (where licensed) and other handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all company procedures relating to stock handling, quality standards and health safety.
