We are seeking a Digital Adoption Specialist to support the adoption, engagement and utilisation of Ambient voice technology (AVT) across NHS services. Working closely with clinical, operational and programme teams, you will support rollout activities, monitor adoption, identify barriers to uptake and help realise the benefits of digital ways of working.
Contract Details:

- Outside IR35

Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with clinical, operational and programme stakeholders to support adoption activities and encourage utilisation of AVT.
- Change Communications: Support communication and change activities, ensuring users understand programme objectives, benefits and rollout plans.
- Service Readiness: Coordinate onboarding and readiness activities, ensuring users, devices and workflows are prepared ahead of deployment.
- Training User Support: Support users with training access, adoption guidance and issue resolution during the rollout.
- Reporting Benefits: Monitor adoption and utilisation metrics, capture user feedback and support benefits realisation reporting.
- Risk Continuous Improvement: Identify barriers to uptake and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
