Our client West Midlands Police are seeking dynamic Safer Roads Trainers to join them on a casual basis. If you have a passion for road safety and a knack for engaging training methods, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Position Overview:
As a Safer Roads Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions that promote road safety awareness among various audiences. This role is part-time and offers a competitive daily rate of Β£69 working 3 hours per course.

The majority of the trainers work would be delivered online using the zoom platform in which case they would need their own equipment (Laptop or desktop), strong home internet connection and hold a zoom licence.

Working hours per week can be between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am and 12pm Saturday and Sunday however ideally we are looking for trainers who can do 5pm till 8pm Monday to Friday and the weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging training sessions on road safety and best practises.
Develop and adapt training materials to suit different audiences.
Foster an interactive learning environment that encourages participation.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and implement improvements.
Collaborate with the organisation to ensure training aligns with their safety goals. Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in training or educating diverse groups.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
A solid understanding of road safety principles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
