Key Responsibilities

  • Office Coordination & Front-of-House
    • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming communications, representing the business in a professional and welcoming manner.
    • Manage calls efficiently, directing enquiries and providing effective gatekeeping support.
    • Support the smooth running of meetings, including room preparation and refreshments.
  • Operations & Office Environment

    • Manage office, kitchen, and facilities supplies, liaising with suppliers as required.
    • Oversee shared equipment and facilities to ensure consistent usability.
