The predicted salary is between 25650 - 31350 £ per year.
We're looking for a hardworking and reliable Landscape Operative to join a small, supportive team working across a range of outdoor landscaping projects.
The Role
You'll be involved in both soft and hard landscaping work, helping to transform and maintain outdoor spaces. Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing ground and work areas for landscaping
- Planting trees and shrubs in line with site plans
- Carrying out turfing and grass seeding
- Creating and maintaining wildflower areas
- Assisting with a variety of landscaping projects
- Working as part of a team to complete projects safely, on time and to a high standard
- Following company health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Previous landscaping or relevant outdoor experience would be beneficial, but attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
- Some previous landscaping experience preferred
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Good knowledge of plants would be advantageous
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Able to work effectively as part of a small team
- Pride in delivering a high-quality finish
