Adecco are delighted to be supporting our client based in Newbury who are recruiting an Entry-Level Internal Auditor. The role is working Monday - Friday and offering a salary of £25,000, plus excellent benefits including full training, opportunities to develop via professional qualifications and courses, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, company car and company annual bonus.
The role involves travelling within the UK and occasionally staying away from home with expenses reimbursed by the company. A driver's licence is essential.
You will be provided with relevant training and coaching to allow you to:
- Carry out Operations Audits
- Reconcile, document and report stocktake results and co-ordinate and carry out extended stocktake audits
- Plan, prepare and carry out all audit work using structured audit programmes
- Report in writing to the Senior Management Team all audit findings
- Assist with developing and updating Standard Practice Guides
- Monitor local management responses to audit requests for information and corrective action
- Work alongside and within an audit team
- Be involved with and learn to lead new system implementations
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Comfortable working away from home
- Previous audit experience advantageous
- Degree or equivalent is desirable
