Salary: £37,000 - 42,000 per year
Requirements:
- Enterprise Wi‑Fi troubleshooting and support
- LAN/WAN experience
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs knowledge
- Experience with switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points
- CCNA certification or equivalent networking qualification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support across networking, infrastructure, and end-user environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and Wi‑Fi issues
- Manage and respond to support tickets in line with agreed service levels
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers where required
- Deliver remote and onsite support to customer environments
- Assist with infrastructure installations, upgrades, and migrations
- Configure and support network switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless solutions
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and support recordsWork closely with customers to ensure exceptional service delivery
