Working Hours: Rotating shifts:
- Morning Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving mechanical and electrical equipment across the site to ensure maximum reliability, efficiency, and safety. The successful candidate will play a key role in minimising downtime, supporting production operations, and driving continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on production machinery and site equipment.
- Diagnose faults and repair mechanical and electrical systems efficiently to minimise downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues before they impact production.
- Maintain and repair equipment including pumps, motors, conveyors, compressors, gearboxes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and HVAC equipment.
- Complete maintenance records, service reports, and documentation accurately using CMMS systems where required.
- Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
