Main Goals and Objectives:
- Building Mulliner development and saleable vehicles to the highest standards across multiple trade disciplines.
- Ensuring adherence to safe and environmentally sound practices.
- Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coaching, mentoring, and training team members to enhance departmental skills.
- Assisting in the development and operation of build documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
