What You'll Do: You will be the heart of our brand. Your role will include:
- Engaging with customers in a warm and friendly manner, at our office and over the phone.
- Using Sage for inputting and raising invoices.
- Assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
- Providing exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless service to customers.
- Receiving and matching purchase orders, arranging invoice and deliveries to site.
- Updating internal spreadsheet (Excel knowledge is necessary).
