Our client is seeking a dedicated FLT/Material Handler to join their Goods In Department on a temp-to-perm basis. If you have FLT experience and a passion for ensuring smooth operations, we want to hear from you!
Position Details:
- Contract Type: Temp To Perm
- Hourly Rate: From £13.20 (training period) to £13.53 (after 12 months)
- Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM
- Driving Required: Yes
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unpack goods, ensuring accurate booking via JD Edwards.
- Perform JDE transactions relevant to your role.
- Locate bulk/pre-packs in hazard warehouses.
- Pick stock for repack orders and manage returns efficiently.
- Conduct cycle counts as per work instructions.
- Handle fine chemicals in compliance with CEM regulations.
- Maintain stock levels of consumables and manage requisition processes.
- Operate equipment safely and report any defects.
- Uphold site security policies and adhere to environmental and quality procedures.
- Follow Health and Safety precautions diligently.
What We're Looking For:
- Valid FLT licence and relevant experience.
- Good understanding of Third-Party Systems (Courier services, MSDS).
- Ability to follow instructions precisely.
