Minute taker committee support Job Title : Minute Taker Committee Support Location : Fully remote Remuneration : Hourly rate £18.08 Contract Details : Temporary, 1 year Responsibilities : Provide essential support to our client’s small number of the university committees. Take accurate notes and record actions during committee meetings. Initially, the role will focus on supporting the Executive Board and Strategic Planning Committee, with the possibility of additional committees in the future. For information : The Executive Board meets twice a month for 2 hours. The Strategic Planning Committee meets once a month for 2 hours. Are you a detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills and a passion for supporting important decision-making processes? Our client is seeking a Minute Taker Committee Support to join their team on a temporary basis for one year. In this role, you will have the opportunity to play a vital part in the smooth running of our client’s committees. As the Minute Taker, your main responsibility will be to accurately record discussions and actions during committee meetings. Through your exceptional note-taking skills, you’ll ensure that all important decisions and recommendations are effectively captured.
