Pay: £14.00 – £15.00 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and reliable MIG Welder to join a busy manufacturing/engineering environment in Coventry. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long‑term stability for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high‑quality MIG welding on mild steel components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans.
• Carry out fabrication, cutting, grinding, and finishing of metal assemblies.
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health & safety procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a MIG Welder in a manufacturing, engineering, or fabrication setting.
• Strong ability to read engineering drawings.
• Good eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work full‑time Monday to Friday.
