About the Role: As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of food safety. Your responsibilities will include:
- Complying with the organization's policies and procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Undertaking duties as assigned by the Patient Ambassador or Catering Manager.
- Achieving performance targets to agreed standards.
- Carrying out deliveries while adhering to temperature monitoring, receipt, and storage procedures.
- Assisting in maintaining accurate records in line with service delivery protocols.
- Ensuring safe working practices are consistently upheld.
- Keeping all equipment in a clean and hygienic condition.
- Advising your supervisor of any issues related to the food service.
- Reporting potential Health and Safety issues or areas for improvement.
- Actively participating in training sessions.
