- Undertaking duties as assigned by the Patient Ambassador or Catering Manager.
- Achieving performance targets to agreed standards.
- Carrying out deliveries while adhering to temperature monitoring, receipt, and storage procedures.
- Assisting in maintaining accurate records in line with service delivery protocols.
- Ensuring safe working practices are consistently upheld.
- Keeping all equipment in a clean and hygienic condition.
