We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail focused Administrator to support our busy Purchasing Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to work within a structured, professional environment with a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the Purchasing Department
  • Assist with purchase order processing and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and procurement data
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external suppliers
  • Support buyers with pricing information, order tracking, and supplier follow ups
  • Ensure all purchasing documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date
  • Assist with report preparation and data entry
