Our client is on the lookout for a passionate Workforce Analytics & Insight Specialist to support their innovative program. What You'll Do:
- Lead the analysis of workforce data across the program.
- Develop insightful outputs, including:
- Workforce diagnostic reports
- Insight packs for Directors and the Corporate Leadership Team (CLT)
- Scenario modelling to support key design decisions
- Analyse critical areas such as:
- Spans of control
- Organisational layers
- Grade distribution
- Workforce composition and capacity
- Identify pressure points and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights.
- Support workforce optimisation decisions and organisational design activities.
- Provide ongoing analytical support to various program work streams.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, Directors, and program leads.
- Ensure that your insights are fully integrated into decision-making processes.
- Help establish a sustainable workforce analytics capability within the organisation.
- Develop data models, reporting approaches, and insight frameworks.
- Support future workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
