Pay: £15.87 per hour PAYE
Contract: 6-Month Rolling Contract
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm (Flexible Start/Finish Times Available)

We're looking for a proactive and dependable Material Handling Operator / Spares Engineer to join a busy logistics and stores operation in Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity to support world-class manufacturing projects while developing your skills within an experienced and supportive team.
Working within a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment, you'll play a key role in ensuring materials, components, and spares are received, stored, moved, and delivered efficiently to support production activities across multiple sites.

The Role
As part of a 17-person stores and logistics team, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and control of materials used in manufacturing operations.
You'll receive full training and support to ensure you're confident carrying out all aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities
Operating forklift trucks to move materials safely around site
Loading and unloading deliveries
Receiving, checking and booking goods into SAP
Picking, packing and kitting materials for production
Storing stock accurately within warehouse locations and high-rise racking
Maintaining accurate inventory records
Operating overhead cranes (training provided where applicable)
Supporting production teams by ensuring materials are available when needed
Assisting with resolving material shortages and operational issues
Following all health, safety and quality procedures
