Hybrid Schedule (Tues-Thurs in-office, Mon & Fri remote)

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Deliver integrated marketing projects with minimal assistance. Monitor high-priority campaigns and programmes to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Brand Development: Design marketing campaigns to build brand recognition across social media and other channels.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to marketing campaign planning, execution, and budget management.
• Creative Solutions: Identify innovative solutions for marketing challenges.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with multiple teams to share knowledge and foster collaboration on marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Identify key stakeholders and build relationships to enhance project success.
• Agency Coordination: Lead media agencies to improve workflow and campaign quality.

• Marketing Knowledge: Proficient understanding of marketing channels and the organisation.
