Our client, a well-established architect firm based in Preston, are seeking a Marketing Administrator / Office administrator to join their team. If you are passionate about creating compelling social media, coordinating marketing activities, administration within the office working and joining a dynamic environment, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Researching project histories, practise procedures, and general business requirements in support of bids
- Producing and updating practise brochures
- Developing and executing the marketing plan for the business in consultation with the practise partners
- Preparing and issuing social media posts, website updates, and press releases
- Coordinating and submitting architectural award entries
- Planning and coordinating events
- Keeping the practise directory up to date and maintaining a good working knowledge of our client base
- Management and co-ordination of content for bid submissions and competitions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in bid writing and/or marketing administration is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driving licence
