Location: London (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote)

Remuneration: £48.08/hour

Contract Details: Maternity cover until April 2027

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with marketing teams to tackle business challenges and shape analytical strategies.
  • Translate marketing questions (e.g., “who should we target?”) into actionable research plans.
  • Analyse data from various sources (internal, research studies, third-party) to generate insights.
  • Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis, collaborating with external research partners.
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in audience behavior (e.g., creator engagement trends).
  • Develop insight-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Measure and evaluate campaign impact and success metrics.
  • Create clear, compelling presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Guide stakeholders on best practices and elevate strategic thinking.
  • Support broader market analysis and business case development.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in marketing analytics or insights roles.
  • Strong B2C marketing knowledge — able to engage credibly with marketers.
  • Experience with multiple data sources (internal, research, qualitative & quantitative).
  • Ability to translate data into insightful business recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficient in presenting insights through clear storytelling and decks.
  • Strategic mindset — capable of structuring ambiguous problems into analysis.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience querying and analysing large datasets (e.g., PLX, Colab).
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (trend analysis, pivots, modeling).
  • Understanding of marketing measurement methodologies (e.g., campaign impact, experimentation).
  • Experience managing or commissioning qualitative and quantitative market research.
  • Background in large B2C marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with online video/creator ecosystems.
  • Experience in tech or digital platforms.
