About the Role
Are you looking to start or build a career in manufacturing? We are recruiting a Manufacturing Operator to join a busy, fast paced production environment based in Paisley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands on work and wants to learn new skills in a structured and supportive environment. You will play an important role in supporting daily manufacturing operations, helping ensure products are made safely, efficiently and to a high quality standard. No previous manufacturing experience is required, as full training will be provided. School leavers and candidates looking to move into manufacturing are encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting day to day manufacturing and production activities
- Operating equipment in line with procedures and safety standards
- Following quality, compliance and cleanliness requirements
- Working closely with team members and supervisors
- Helping achieve production targets and schedules
- Taking part in continuous improvement activities
