Adecco are currently looking for an Administrator to work for our client in the Worsley area. The purpose of this role is to support the electrical workshop team with day-to-day admin, job processing, and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Register new jobs on the internal system, create job cards, gather photos and documentation
- Record material requisitions against relevant jobs
- Handle incoming calls and direct queries to the right team members
- Produce and update daily reports

- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks

- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable adapting to changing workloads and priorities

Experience Required
Essential: Previous administrative experience; Confident using Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets
Desirable: Experience with ERP or job-tracking systems
