Days: Monday-Friday

Hours: 8am-4:30pm

Pay rate: £13ph

Adecco are currently looking for an Administrator to work for our client in the Worsley area. The purpose of this role is to support the electrical workshop team with day-to-day admin, job processing, and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register new jobs on the internal system, create job cards, gather photos and documentation
  • Record material requisitions against relevant jobs
  • Handle incoming calls and direct queries to the right team members
  • Produce and update daily reports

  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks

  • Able to work independently and take initiative

Experience Required

Essential: Previous administrative experience; Confident using Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets

Desirable: Experience with ERP or job-tracking systems
