Pay: £15.38 - £20.51 per hour (based on a salary between £30k - 40K pa and a 37.5 hour working week)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 37hrs pw

We're looking for a motivated and people-focused Talent Acquisition Recruiter with proven experience recruiting for sales professionals across all levels. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring high-calibre sales talent while ensuring every candidate receives a positive and professional experience. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and understands how to assess, attract, and secure top sales performers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for sales roles at all levels, including SDRs, Account Executives, Account Managers, and Sales Leaders
  • Sourcing and identifying high-quality sales candidates using a range of channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals)
  • Conducting in-depth screening calls to assess sales capability, performance history, targets/quotas, and cultural fit
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Building strong pipelines of active and passive sales talent
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews, ensuring candidates are fully prepared and engaged
  • Providing timely, constructive feedback to candidates throughout the process
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, delivering a high-quality and engaging candidate experience
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records within the ATS/CRM system
  • Supporting offer management and ensuring a smooth onboarding transition

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in recruiting for sales roles across multiple levels (essential)
  • Background in agency recruitment or high-volume/fast-paced internal hiring environments
  • Strong understanding of sales profiles, KPIs, and performance metrics (e.g. quota attainment, pipeline generation)
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to influence and build credibility with both candidates and stakeholders
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with experience engaging passive candidates
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, or CRM platforms
