Salary: £100,000 - 101,000 per year
Requirements:
- Previous software testing experience in Java and React.
- Experience testing in cloud-based environments, including deployments and configuration of CI/CD pipelines for test runs.
- Experience with Grafana, RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka, API testing, Kubernetes, and SQL databases.
Responsibilities:
- We work closely with our software development team.
- We create and execute test plans and test cases for software solutions.
- We review and document test results.
- We develop and maintain automated test scripts.
- We perform end-to-end testing of applications.
- We investigate issues, report bugs, and track defects.
- We test backend systems for message queues.
- We provide automated REST API testing.

We are hiring a Software Test Engineer for a 3-month contract on an outside IR35 basis, with a Manchester/hybrid working arrangement. This is an ASAP start role on market rates, supporting our software development team on a remote project.
