Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented payroll professional who can quickly integrate into an established function and deliver accurate, end-to-end payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end processing of payroll across UK (and ideally Ireland)
  • Ensuring all payroll activities are completed accurately and on time
  • Performing payroll reconciliations and validation checks independently
  • Managing payroll-related queries and resolving discrepancies
  • Supporting compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and regulations
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external providers where required

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation (Ireland knowledge desirable)
  • Ability to carry out payroll checking autonomously with a high degree of accuracy
  • Experience working with or alongside a Managed Service Provider (desirable, not essential)
  • Quick to learn new payroll systems and processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
