Manage data and reporting within the People and Culture directorate, producing KPI data and bespoke reports to meet regular organisational needs. Coach HR colleagues on KPI and reporting processes, ensuring adherence to UK legal requirements. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HR systems and reporting, addressing queries in a timely manner. Provide data for statutory reporting, including ONS surveys. Support the development and enhancement of HR operational processes and controls. Engage in ad hoc project work and support the wider team. Proven experience in developing Power BI reporting. In-depth understanding of HR systems. High level of computer literacy, especially in Excel (including VLOOKUP) and payroll software such as IRIS Cascade. Initiative and ambition to pursue professional development, including training in HRIT systems and reporting.
