About The Role:
As a Managed Print Service Field Engineer, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working daily with top brands like Canon, Ricoh, and Kyocera.
- Investigating and resolving equipment faults at customer premises, adhering to service guidelines.
- Performing preventative maintenance and completing work within the designated response schedule.
- Installing machines, including networking setups and operator training.
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Collaborating closely with the Call Control Team to ensure seamless operations.
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in MPS field technical support or equivalent.
- Proven competence in photocopier maintenance.
- Completion of manufacturer training courses.
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
