Job title : Maintenance Technician (Drivers Licence Required)

Duration: Temp ongoing

Start date: ASAP

Days and Hours: Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday to Thursday (9am-5pm)

Location : Across London, Central office based in Tottenham Court Road

Pay: Β£18-20phr

Duties include the following:

  • Installation of furniture, lights, home appliances, wall mounting of mirror, artwork as required.
  • Liaise with cleaning companies to ensure end of tenancy cleans are arranged and preformed to standard.
  • Inspect all properties after / before tenants arrive.
  • Conduct repairs as needed (carpentry, handyman tasks, light painting tasks).
  • Troubleshoot & repair where possible. Where applicable, arrange a repair with a specialist appliance engineer.
  • Conduct inspections and provide a snag list for the apartments.
  • Liaise with contractors on maintenance tasks (appliances, plumbing, electrical work, etc) that are specialized if needed, hand over, communication, and follow up checks.
  • Assist guests with maintenance/technical issues (electrical, plumbing, carpentry related to their stay) at the property in order to support a positive guests experience.
  • Assist in delivering missing items to clients, such as glassware, lighting, small appliances, etc.
  • Update Operations Manager about status of tasks
  • Candidate specifications/requirements

  • Valid UK Driving Licence
  • Experience working as a general maintenance/ repairs technician or similar
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Great problem solving skills, flexible
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbally
  • Must be positive and a go-getter team player
