Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM (flexible)
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out refurbishment work in properties, including carpentry, plumbing, and patch plastering.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure facilities remain in top condition.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, showcasing your problem‑solving skills.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance checks to avoid future issues.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all.
Requirements:
- Valid driving licence.
- Experience in plastering (bonding & skimming), fire door installation and adjustment, kitchen installation (including plumbing), gardening (strimming, mowing, hedge cutting), and bathroom installation (including plumbing).
- Previous maintenance experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
