The Property Care Operative will provide high quality painting, decorating, and minor DIY repairs across several designated London sites, helping to maintain consistently high standards across the portfolio. All tools, materials, and equipment will be stored at each location, so no company vehicle is required. The role involves following a daily site visit schedule (Monday-Friday) and travelling between sites as part of the normal commute.

- Location: Across three London sites - 1x Bromley, 2x Tottenham Hale
- Salary: Up to 35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Annual Leave: 25 days per annum plus UK Bank Holidays
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in painting, decorating, and general maintenance.
- Confident using standard hand tools and equipment.
- Ability to manage time effectively across multiple locations.
- Understanding of basic Health site or facilities environment.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing or electrical safety (non-technical).
