Job Title: Maintenance Operative
Location: Canterbury/Thanet (must drive due to the two locations)
Contract: Ongoing temporary position
Salary: £12.74-£14.22
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Duties
- Conduct maintenance works within accommodation buildings and offices, such as decorating, installing taps, changing light bulbs, fixing doors and fixing windows.
- Other duties could include plastering, lock repairs, gardening, minor plumbing, waste removal and general tidying and upkeep of the properties.
- Liaise with approved contractors when required.
- Maintain standards and health & safety regulations.
Requirements
- Have a full UK driving licence.
- Previous experience within maintenance, facilities or caretaking.
- Have an enhanced DBS or be happy for us to process one.
