We are recruiting for a well established, successful and growing organisation based close to Maidstone. We have a rare opportunity for a Skilled engineering operative to join the team and learn the business from the bottom up, providing you with lots of training and development. Duties
- Perform welding tasks ensuring precision and quality.
- Complete manufacturing tasks using a variety of machines (training will be provided).
- Take specifications from work orders to meet project requirements and meet a high degree of accuracy.
- Collaborate with fellow team members.
- Conduct regular inspections of products.
Qualifications
- Previous welding experience.
- Eagerness to learn new techniques and machinery.
- A solid understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
