A well‐established manufacturing organisation is seeking a Finance Administrator to join its dynamic team at its head office. The company specialises in producing high‐quality building and interior products and is known for its focus on precision and continuous improvement.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant team within a business that supports a diverse customer base, including architects, designers, contractors, and building owners. Your role will involve:

  • Processing payments and invoices, including data entry into finance software
  • Logging and posting invoices with accurate coding
  • Communicating with suppliers to resolve invoicing and payment queries
  • Handling internal and external queries via phone and email
  • Preparing and processing payments in line with internal approval procedures
  • Managing employee credit card expense claims
  • Maintaining and updating financial records and databases
  • Assisting with ad‐hoc financial projects as required

You will work as part of the finance team, reporting to senior members of the transactional finance function and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary up to £27,000 pro rata.
  • Full‐time hours: Monday‐Thursday: 8:30 am – 5:15 pm, Friday: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
  • 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays (with several days reserved for the Christmas period). Option to purchase up to 5 additional leave days. Birthday holiday after probation.
