Rate: £30.00 per hour PAYE

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, Monday–Friday

Overtime: N/A

Interview: 45-minute Microsoft Teams interview covering experience and competency-based questions

About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Coordinator to oversee and facilitate operations at their site. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all site activities are conducted efficiently, safely, and in alignment with organisational standards and regulations. This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while enhancing operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain site documentation, including reports, schedules, and safety records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety standards and operational procedures.
  • Facilitate training sessions for site personnel on safety practises and operational protocols.
  • Assist in the resolution of on-site issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • Collaborate with management to develop site-specific strategies that align with broader organisational goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practises.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field are highly desirable.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
