Maintain clear separation of service and warranty-related costs in accordance with customer contracts. Raise, schedule, and allocate planned and reactive maintenance activities using SAP systems. Develop daily and weekly maintenance plans to optimise field team resources and Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) utilisation. Verify technical information within SAP (Spiridon) and manage the collection of labour and parts data to support billing and inventory replenishment processes. Coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting activities to meet business objectives and customer expectations. Prepare and coordinate Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) documentation, ensuring compliance with UK legislation. Maintain accurate maintenance records, reporting systems, and documentation archives to support a complete service history. Skills & Experience Required Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across multiple teams. Good Microsoft Excel and general computer skills. Experience working with planning, scheduling, or maintenance administration activities. SAP knowledge is desirable but not essential, as training may be provided.
