Pay and Shift

  • Pay Rates:
  • £13.90 per hour
  • £17.37 per hour (8:00pm-6:00am and Saturday)
  • £20.85 per hour (Sunday)

Shift Pattern (4 days on / 4 days off):

  • Day 1: Night 10:30pm - 6:30am
  • Day 2: Evening 5:30pm - 10:30pm
  • Day 3: Afternoon 12:00pm - 5:30pm
  • Day 4: Morning 6:30am - 12:30pm

Onsite, lone working - parking available

Handle emergency and non-emergency calls for a council lifeline and repairs service. Provide calm, professional support, log calls accurately, and follow procedures while working independently.
