About the Role
We are recruiting Workplace Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, candidates between roles, or those from hospitality, events, or customer-facing backgrounds seeking short-term work in a professional corporate environment. This role involves spending the majority of the day walking throughout the office, collecting workplace utilisation data using a handheld tablet. You will play an important part in helping the organisation understand how its office space is being used.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular walkthroughs across multiple office floors throughout the day.
- Use a handheld tablet to accurately record workplace utilisation data.
- Observe and record how different office spaces are being used, including:
- Meeting rooms
- Collaborative spaces
- Desk areas
- Breakout areas
- Monitor occupancy levels and usage patterns within office spaces.
- Complete multiple scheduled audits each day.
- Accurately input findings into the data collection system.
- Maintain a professional and discreet approach while working around employees.
