Adecco are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a fast-paced warehouse operation. This is a senior leadership opportunity responsible for the overall performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement of a complex warehouse environment, supporting both B2B and direct-to-consumer operations.

OverviewYou will take full responsibility for warehouse operations, overseeing all functions including Goods In, replenishment, dispatch and picking and packing. You will manage a multi-layered team structure, ensuring strong communication, consistent performance, and a culture focused on accountability, engagement, and development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all warehouse operations to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Manage and develop Team Managers, Supervisors, and Operatives
- Drive operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead WMS optimisation, implementation, and process improvements
- Plan labour, workflow, resources, and equipment utilisation effectively
- Manage performance, KPIs, and team development across all levels
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
- Maintain high standards of health and safety
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including vehicle movements
- Proven leadership experience within a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong experience managing multiple layers of leadership
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and best practices
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
- Strong focus on continuous improvement and operational performance
- Good understanding of health & safety and food safety standards
In return, our client offers a strong overall package, including Monday to Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm) working hours and 25 days annual leave plus.
