The role is embedded within EMEA IT and works closely with the BPMN CoE, platform engineering teams, and business delivery stakeholders. - Work with business stakeholders and the BPMN CoE to define, scope, and mobilise new workflow use cases.
- Support demand pipeline management, including intake, triage, sizing, prioritisation, and tracking of workflow initiatives.
- Establish and maintain project governance including plans, RAID logs, dependencies, financial tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, architects, and external vendors.
- Ensure alignment to BPMN standards, platform governance, and architectural principles defined by the CoE.
- Provide clear and structured reporting to stakeholders on delivery progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Manage project dependencies across platform build and use case delivery to ensure alignment and sequencing.
- Support vendor engagement and delivery where external partners are involved in platform or use case development.
- Drive consistency in delivery approach, templates, and governance aligned to broader IT standards.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to support backlog refinement, requirements clarification, and delivery alignment.
