About the Role:

As the Technology Delivery Manager, you will lead the charge in ensuring that large-scale projects are managed efficiently, delivered on time, and within budget. Your expertise will guide the Payments Application Support Team in the EMEA region as you work closely with IT teams and senior management. This is an exciting opportunity to steer projects through challenges while maintaining open communication with stakeholders across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination & Support: Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities while maintaining project documentation.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Develop regular reports on project status, risks, and issues, ensuring all documentation is accessible to stakeholders.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact for project inquiries, facilitating communication between IT delivery teams and business stakeholders.
  • Issue & Risk Management: Monitor project risks and issues, implementing and tracking mitigation strategies.
  • Resource Coordination: Manage resources effectively, optimising availability and project calendars.
  • Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to the IT delivery team, including managing logistics and project files.
  • Tool & Process Management: Support the use of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and adhere to established processes.
