We're currently looking for an experienced Service Transition Project Manager to join a major telecoms programme on a 6-month contract.

This role is focused on ensuring the smooth transition of services into live operation, working across delivery, operations, and suppliers to ensure services are fully operational, resilient, and ready from day one.

  • Lead end-to-end service transition and introduction
  • Drive operational readiness, service acceptance, and handover
  • Manage plans, risks, dependencies, and governance (RAID)
  • Translate project outputs into support models, SLAs/OLAs, and runbooks

Strong Project/Programme Management background

Proven experience in Service Transition / Service Introduction

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Knowledge of operational readiness and live service environments

Telecoms, infrastructure, or managed services experience

ITIL, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent
