Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Modern development standards: Experience applying modern software development principles and supporting web application technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes. Experience using GitHub for version control and effective development documentation. User focus: Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users and explain complex technical concepts clearly and accessibly. Service support: Experience identifying, locating and resolving service faults. Systems design: Experience designing systems of moderate risk, impact and complexity; selecting appropriate standards, methods and tools; and reviewing designs to support effective integration and efficient use of resources.
