Overview
In this role you will lead strategic advisory for Oracle Fusion HCM within a global charity, shaping HR technology and processes. You will partner with senior HR, technology, and transformation leaders to ensure the Fusion HCM solution meets organisational needs at scale. You will offer independent challenge and guidance to maximise programme value and drive coherent change across a complex global structure. This position combines technology leadership with business transformation, offering meaningful impact on people systems and user experience.

Responsibilities
- Act as trusted adviser to senior HR, technology and transformation stakeholders
- Design and implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions aligned with organisational needs
- Provide independent challenge and strategic guidance to maximise programme value
- Influence and engage senior stakeholders across HR, technology and business functions
- Navigate complex global or matrix organisations to drive transformation
- Support and shape HR processes, operating models and people systems during the programme
Key requirements
- Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM
- Experience supporting large-scale Oracle implementations or transformations
- Strong understanding of HR processes, operating models and people systems
- Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across multiple functions
