As a Senior Business Analyst with our client you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering strategic initiatives, transformation activities and pilot programmes that support the evolution of our clients Recoveries function. You will lead operating models, governance and frameworks, business processes and delivery approaches that ensure strategic objectives are achieved in a controlled and auditable manner.
Your Essential Skills and Experience:
- Expert experience working as a Business Analyst within complex projects, programmes, strategic initiatives or transformation portfolios, with demonstrable experience operating in a senior or lead capacity
- Previous experience working within a regulated environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills to support business requirements and identifying improvements
- Expert knowledge of business process modelling techniques and the ability to coach others in analysis methods and best practice
- Strong ability to interpret and translate regulatory requirements into business and technical solutions
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to gather, interpret and present information from multiple sources, whilst managing complex workstreams, actions, dependencies and governance outputs
- Certification in Business Analysis Professional or equivalent is desirable
