We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our team in Prudhoe. This full-time role involves managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, and ensuring a smooth process from initial contact through to order completion.

Following 3 months probation, you will be offered a permanent contract. Due to location, and public transport links it’s advantageous to drive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries
  • Prepare accurate quotations and follow through to order confirmation
  • Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in sales and customer support
  • Strong account management skills with a commitment to client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing individual tasks independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs
  • Experience in B2B sales is advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • A confident and professional telephone manner is essential
  • Due to the location, access to own transport is desirable
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
