We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our team in Prudhoe. This full-time role involves managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, and ensuring a smooth process from initial contact through to order completion.
Following 3 months probation, you will be offered a permanent contract. Due to location, and public transport links it’s advantageous to drive.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow through to order confirmation
- Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Proven experience in sales and customer support
- Strong account management skills with a commitment to client satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing individual tasks independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs
- Experience in B2B sales is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Exceptional organisational skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner is essential
- Due to the location, access to own transport is desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with SAP is desirable but not essential
