As Resident Involvement Manager, you will lead the delivery of resident engagement and consultation across Croydon’s housing services. You will develop and implement a comprehensive Resident Engagement Strategy, ensuring resident voices shape service delivery and improvement. This role involves building governance structures for resident involvement, expanding participation opportunities, and embedding co‑regulation and co‑production principles. You will manage a dedicated team, work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and champion diversity and inclusion in all engagement activities.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in developing and delivering resident involvement strategies.
- Strong background in social housing and understanding of regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to lead and manage a team, driving high performance and customer‑centric outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience using data and insight to inform service improvements.
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
- Evidence of continuing professional and leadership development.
