Contract Length: 6 months
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cutting-edge research to push the boundaries of machine learning systems.
- Design innovative methods, tools, and infrastructure to enhance large language models.
- Collaborate with researchers and cross-functional partners, effectively communicating research plans, progress, and outcomes.
- Gather and synthesise requirements to create a compelling feature roadmap.
- Work closely with the engineering team to deliver code and practical solutions.
- Publish research findings and contribute to the development of impactful products for our client.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in machine learning, recommendation systems, pattern recognition, data mining, or artificial intelligence.
- Proven experience in developing machine learning models at scale, including querying and post-training of large language models.
- Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch.
- Experience executing complex experiments with large AI models and datasets.
- Ability to translate research insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience in generative AI and large language model research.
- PhD or research-focused Master’s degree in machine learning or related areas.
- Background in physics or mathematics is a plus.
