About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Reputational Risk Analyst to support partnership due diligence across a range of high-profile collaborations, influencers, and external partners. In this role, you will play a key part in protecting brand reputation by conducting in-depth reviews of individuals and organisations before partnerships go live. This includes analysing digital footprints, social media activity, and public-facing content to identify potential reputational risks. This is a highly analytical and investigative position suited to someone who combines strong judgement with a deep understanding of online behaviour, brand perception, and reputational risk.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct detailed reputational risk assessments on influencers, partners, and collaborators
  • Review social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, X), press coverage, and digital content to identify potential risks
  • Analyse historical online activity, public statements, affiliations, and behaviour
  • Identify and flag risks such as:
    • controversial views or conduct
    • brand misalignment
    • sensitive affiliations or reputational concerns
  • Produce clear, structured reports with risk ratings and recommendations
  • Manage incoming review requests and deliver timely, high-quality assessments
  • Stay up to date with emerging reputational risks, digital trends, and industry developments

  • Experience in PR, corporate communications, brand risk, media intelligence, or trust & safety
  • Proven ability to assess reputational or brand risk
  • Experience reviewing social media content, public profiles, or digital behaviour
