comAnalytics Engineer - 6 Months - Inside IR35 - London / BristolOur client, a leading telecoms organisation in the search for an experienced Analytics Engineer to join a high performing data and analytics team.This role will focus on designing and building analytics-ready data models, enabling self-service reporting, and delivering trusted datasets that support strategic business decision-making across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable analytical data models and reporting datasets.Build and optimise SQL-based transformations within cloud data platforms.Develop semantic models and data layers to support reporting and BI tools.Required ExperienceProven experience in an Analytics Engineer, Data Modeller or similar role.Strong SQL skills with experience building analytical data models.Experience working with cloud data platforms such as GCP/BigQuery.Strong understanding of dimensional modelling, star schemas and data warehousing concepts.Ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate requirements into data solutions.Experience with dbt and modern data stack technologies.Background within customer, consumer, commercial or telecoms analytics environments.Python scripting and automation experience.
