We're supporting a higher education client in hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact digital transformation initiatives across a large, complex organisation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in modernising services, improving user experience, and delivering technology-enabled change at scale.
The Role:
- You'll manage end-to-end digital and IT projects - introducing new systems, data capabilities, and user-centred digital services.
- Working closely with Digital/IT teams, technical specialists and third-party suppliers, you'll ensure solutions are secure, scalable and deliver genuine organisational value.
What You'll Lead:
- Delivery of key digital transformation projects from business case through to go-live.
- Implementation of modern platforms, cloud solutions, and digital services.
- Stakeholder engagement across a multi-faceted public-sector environment.
- Agile/hybrid delivery to improve service performance and operational efficiency.
- Supplier management and project governance within a regulated setting.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong track record delivering complex digital and IT-enabled projects.
- Experience in a higher education, or similar large-scale environment.
- Skilled in Agile or hybrid delivery.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
- PRINCE2, MSP or similar qualification highly beneficial.
